About You:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the banking industry (UAE or internationally) a must
Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong work ethic with a go-getter attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations
Experience with cold calling and a commitment to daily outside visits
What You’ll Do:
Sell Islamic credit card and loan products
Prospect for new leads and identify potential sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
Prepare and submit activity and results reports (daily call reports, weekly work plans, etc.)
