Job Position – Sales & Marketing Manager
Industry: Hotel Supplies / HORECA
Location: Deira, Dubai, UAE
Salary: 8000 AED plus Commission
To lead their sales and marketing activities in the hotel supplies / HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience, strong client relationships in hospitality, and the ability to manage and grow a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the HORECA / hotel supplies market.
• Manage and grow key client accounts (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, etc.) and drive new business development.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors and recommend actions to stay competitive.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in HORECA / hotel supplies / hospitality-related products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Team management experience, having led a team of at least 3–5 people.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken; written preferred).
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
