Job Position – Sales Supervisor

Luxury Fragrance & Beauty
Salary – AED 14,000 to 16,000
Location – Dubai
7 years’ experience working in sales of Fragrance & products. Must have 4 years’ experience in supervisory level with a luxury Brand in similar field. Thorough knowledge of the Fragrance & Beauty industry
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate sales strategy with sales staff.
– Guide the sales staff to ensure the clients receive excellent and timely service.
– Developing the sales team, developing action plans to increase the business.
– Preparation of various reports for the management
– Implement and supervise sales and promotional activities to maximize revenues.
– Monitor the sales targets achievement.
– Make continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work procedure and work cooperatively and jointly to achieve the Brand objective
– Manage staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations.
– Work independently and organize and assign staff to meet deadlines.
– Supervise and coach the sales staff on clientele and to ensure that they maintain proper product mix, appropriate merchandising as per brand requirements, maintain point of sale material in excellent condition etc.,
– Random check of stocks in outlets and suggest re-orders if necessary, to maintain ideal stock levels.
– Ensure that the pricing strategies are implemented accurately.
– Develop and implement specific animations to increase sales and help the sales staff to achieve the target.
