1) Chef

Workplace Location: Production City, Dubai

4) Cost Control Manager
Mandatory Requirements:
– Must be in currently in UAE
– Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
– Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
– Proven record of food costing, portion control, local F&B pricing and market trends and inventory management
– Knowledgeable in menu engineering and waste reduction
– Proficient in MS Office and industry specific ERP software
5) Hygiene Officer
Mandatory Requirements:
– Must be in currently in UAE
– Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
– Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety/hygiene roles, in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
– Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or Dubai Municipality Food Safety Training)
– Experience working with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and audits is often required.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
– Strong understanding of HACCP principles, foodborne illness prevention, pest control, and sanitation practices.
– Ability to conduct inspections, monitor hygiene practices, and train staff
6) Accountant
Mandatory Requirements:
– Must be in currently in UAE
– Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
– Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
– Must be locally available to join immediately
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Proficient in accounting software and industry-specific POS-integrated systems
– Meticulous, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
7)Admin/Cashier
Mandatory Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Additional training in customer service, cashiering, or office administration is a plus
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier/admin in a restaurant setting
– Experience with POS systems and handling multiple payment methods
– Proficiency in using POS and Microsoft office software.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Accuracy in data entry and cash handling
