Job Position – Scheduler Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain calendars for staff, meetings, and events.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with healthcare, admin, and operational teams to align schedules.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively resolve scheduling issues to minimize disruptions.
Communication: Inform relevant stakeholders of schedule updates, cancellations, or changes.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of all appointments, events, and schedule metrics.
Resource Allocation: Manage booking of rooms, equipment, and staff resources.
Reporting: Produce performance and scheduling reports for management review.
General Support: Assist with administrative tasks to ensure scheduling efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Healthcare admin or similar).
2+ years in scheduling or administrative roles—healthcare experience preferred.
Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and time-management skills.
