Gulf Model School is seeking a dynamic and experienced education leader to drive excellence teaching, learning, and student development
across Phase 4 (Secondary).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide effective leadership and supervision for Phase 4 (Secondary Section).
– Ensure high-quality teaching and learning aligned with KHDA standards.
– Monitor curriculum implementation, student progress, and academic performance.
– Lead, mentor, and support staff through continuous professional development.
– Oversee co-scholastic activities and promote holistic student growth.
– Ensure compliance with school policies, academic records, and inspection readiness.
– Contribute to school improvement planning and maintain a culture of excellence.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
– Proven track record of leadership in a school setting.
– Strong familiarity with KHDA inspections and regulatory requirements.
– Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in education and pedagogy.
– Expertise in co-scholastic program development and student development.
– Excellent IT skills and the ability to integrate technology to enhance learning.
– Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
