Job Position – Secretary cum HR Assistant

Nationality: Filipino (Female)
Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field.
-Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably with HR-related responsibilities.
-Experience in handling employee documentation, attendance records, and recruitment processes is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong communication (verbal and written)
and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Knowledge of HR procedures such as leave management, onboarding, and personnel filing.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
-Professional attitude, punctual, and team-oriented.
Personal Qualities:
-Decent Woman.
-Reliable and Trustworthy.
-Presentable and well-mannered in dealing with management and staff.
