Job Position – Senior Accountant
Company Name – Royal Technology Solutions
Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Qualifications & Experience:
– CA / ACCA qualified (mandatory)
– 12–15 years of relevant accounting experience
– Strong UAE experience in IT, Trading, Contracting, or Project-based companies
– Hands-on expertise in Project Accounting, Cost Control, and Revenue Recognition
– Proven experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and P&L management
– Strong working knowledge of IFRS standards and statutory compliance
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end accounting operations across projects and business units
– Oversee project costing, WIP, billing, margin analysis, and financial close
– Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
– Lead budget preparation, variance analysis, and cash-flow forecasting
– Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, and internal controls
– Support external audits, tax filings, and management reporting
– Partner with operations and senior management on financial decision-making
– Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
ERP / Systems Exposure:
– Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar platforms
– Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and financial reporting tools
– Experience in ERP implementation, migration, or system optimization is an added advantage
