Job Position – Senior Accountant

Company Name – SAAD Precast LLC

To oversee accounting operations for construction projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting and full compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in precast or construction industry.(UAE/GCC)
-Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.
-Proven experience in managing accounting operations and ensuring financial compliance.
-Proven experience in managing accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
-Good understanding of inventory accounting and material costing in construction/manufacturing environment.
-Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities:
-Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
-Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in the accounting system.
-Prepare monthly financial reports and support management reporting requirements.
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with proper documentation and accuracy.
-Assist in inventory valuation and material costing in coordination with relevant departments.
-Coordinate with project, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
-Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, accounting standards, and company financial policies.
-Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and documentation.
-Monitor expenses and assist in budget control and financial planning activities.
-Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data across all accounting functions.
