Job Position – Senior Accountant
Company Name –
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school accounting, excellent financial management skills, and the ability to manage accounting operations with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Candidate Profile
– Arabic nationality is mandatory
– Immediate joiners are preferred
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
– Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience within a school/education environment
– Strong knowledge of school finance and accounting operations
– Proven experience in student fee accounting, collections, receivables, payables, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
– Excellent knowledge of General Ledger, bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial analysis
– Strong understanding of UAE VAT and applicable tax regulations
– Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain financial accuracy and confidentiality
– Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with Management, HR, Admissions, and other departments
– UAE school experience is essential
