Job Position – Senior Accountant

Qualifications:
– Master degree in Finance and Accounting with 4 years UAE experiences in LPG company
– Proficiency in Beams accounting software
– Experiences with financial reporting, general ledger, audit preparation, and compliance
– Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations
– Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
– Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS
– Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
– Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
– Handle VAT filing and compliance in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations
– Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and responses
– Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
– Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
– Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal controls
– Coordinate with other departments for intercompany transactions and reconciliations
– Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
– Secures financial information
– Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
– Trains and manages accountants
