Job Position – Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager
Company Name – Tajvand Group
Location: Ajman, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,500 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
Hiring a highly experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, financial planning, reporting, and overall financial management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance team, ensuring financial accuracy, improving financial controls, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete financial and accounting operations of the company.
Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial performance.
Manage financial planning, cost control, and expenditure monitoring.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Establish and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
Lead, supervise, and develop the finance and accounts team.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an advantage.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including UAE experience.
Previous experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance leadership position.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, financial reporting, and advanced MS Excel.
Strong leadership, analytical, budgeting, and decision-making skills.
Experience in transport, logistics, trading, or contracting companies is highly preferred.
