Job Position – Senior Administrative Executive
Company Name – MAG Lifestyle Development
Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Executive Vice Chairman (SEVC). The role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, record keeping and archiving, documents controls, and assisting with special projects.
Qualifications and Skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all forms of communication.
· Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Proactive and resourceful in managing tasks and resolving issues.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience Requirements
· University Degree, additional certifications, or training in office administration is a plus.
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
· Must have experience in document controlling and bookkeeping.
· Proficiency in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
· Experience in event coordination, travel arrangements, or project assistance is a plus.
