Job Position – Senior AI Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 12 months (extendable)
To join client’s team working on Aura — an advanced AI-driven platform revolutionizing patient engagement and care delivery.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll take a hands-on role in developing conversational AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
Responsibilities include:
Prompt engineering & building agentic workflows
Fine-tuning AI systems for real-world healthcare use cases
Integrating with EMRs, scheduling tools, lab result systems, and external APIs
What You’ll Bring:
Strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks
Experience with RAG-based systems and multi-agent setups
Expertise in Vector Databases and API integrations
Minimum 5 years in a similar AI/ML engineering role, preferably in healthcare
