Job Position – Senior AI Engineer

With strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous systems to join our Group IT – AI team.
Location: UAE
Experience: 5+ years (with hands-on GenAI / Agentic AI experience)
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
Develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks
Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and databases to enable intelligent systems
Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and diffusion models
Build multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks
Ensure responsible AI, safety, and ethical deployment
Collaborate closely with data, engineering, and business teams
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in AI / ML development
Strong Python skills with PyTorch / TensorFlow
Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.)
Expertise in LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar agentic frameworks
Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
Solid understanding of planning, reasoning, and decision-making in autonomous systems
Experience with Azure AI / ML, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments
Exposure to reinforcement learning, symbolic or neuro-symbolic AI is a plus
