Job Position – Senior AI/ML Engineer

To join growing engineering team and drive the integration of AI and Machine Learning into procurement workflows. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to build intelligent solutions that solve real-world problems for our customers. You’ll develop cutting-edge AI/ML models to enhance procurement processes like supplier matching, risk assessment, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Development: Design and implement AI/ML models to improve core procurement processes (e.g., supplier matching, risk assessment).
Latest Technologies: Develop solutions using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver contextual, accurate responses and automate workflows.
Scalable Solutions: Ensure that AI solutions are secure, maintainable, and scalable while optimizing performance through A/B testing.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and UX teams, to identify AI-driven opportunities and create intuitive, AI-powered experiences.
Technical Leadership: Guide the engineering team on AI/ML best practices and ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into existing architectures.
4+ years of AI/ML development experience in production environments.
Proven expertise in ML techniques, including prompting and fine-tuning LLMs.
A track record of applying AI/ML to solve complex business problems with measurable impact.
Strong knowledge of data processing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or SaaS.
Familiarity with Arabic language applications of AI/ML.
Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
