Senior Analyst Service Desk Jobs in Abu Dhabi
Hiring Senior Analyst Service Desk-Contract -GOvt Entity- Abu Dhabi.
Hiring only for the UAE INSIDE CANDIDATES
Minimum Work Experience – 5 Years Work experience
Contract Duration- 6 months
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or other related technical field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience required for the role.
The selected applicant will be responsible for analyzing and reducing cyber threats and vulnerabilities, disseminating cyber threat warning information, and coordinating incident response activities. The team provides advanced network and digital media analysis expertise and defends against malicious activity targeting networks within the UAE and abroad.
The Cyber Security Operations Centre Service Desk Agent (Service Desk) position will be located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Selected candidates must have the ability to work shifts as require,
Preferred Qualifications – Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
-Experience in using the ticketing systems, preferably IBM Resilient.
-Experience in using the SIEM systems, preferably Splunk or Q-Radar.
-Experience in using BI reporting tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI.
-Experience working with a customer service-oriented environment.
-Experience providing service desk/call center support.
-Experience of Microsoft Office suite.
-Exceptional communication skills
