Job Position – Senior Baristas

What You’ll Do?
Master the Brew: Execute flawless extractions, and craft premium alternative brews.
Lead the Bar: Train and support junior baristas to maintain high workflow and quality standards.
Connect with Guests: Share your coffee knowledge, offer recommendations, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
-3–5 years of barista experience (with at least 2 years dedicated to specialty coffee).
-Advanced latte art and milk texturing skills.
-Strong knowledge of coffee origins, profiles, and extraction variables.
-Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.
