Job Position – Senior Business Analyst (Airline Domain)

Duration: 12 Months+ extendable contract
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the travel industry?
We’re looking for a proactive professional to join our team and drive impactful business solutions!
Key Responsibilities:
– Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
– Analyze and improve business processes
– Manage project timelines and plans
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
– Maintain detailed documentation and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
– Exposure to cabin crew briefing systems
– Experience in Inflight Services, Catering, Entertainment, Retail, Travel Commerce
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Full project lifecycle experience (from requirements to deployment)
– Proficiency in BA tools and methodologies
– Testing support and defect analysis expertise
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
