What you’ll do
- You will report to the Regional Director of Solution Delivery to contribute towards the use of product and industry knowledge to assist customers in solving business problems, and transforming their operational and business processes
- You’ll define a solution that matches our client’s needs and have ownership of functional and solution requirements
- Engage with the customer to understand the requirement, analyze and document by using the best practice
- Guide the program team by sharing the solution requirements to understand their areas of focus
- Deliver feedback and work with the Release Train Engineer, Project Manager and Solution Architect team to ensure the needs of our client
- You’ll provide leadership and mentorship to other Business Consultants, including performance management, and competency development
- You’ll define stories and prioritize the team backlog to improve the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, equivalent experience
- Proficient in English in a business environment
- 7 years of experience as a business or software consultant in the telecommunications domain
- Experience with an integrated BSS solution and several products within the portfolio
- Experience with customer engagements and project management responsibilities
