Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of cyber security solutions to protect
our organization’s IT systems, networks, applications, and data from potential cyber
threats.

cybersecurity threats in a timely manner, and implement incident response plans to

• Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and
business units, to integrate cybersecurity measures into the design, development, and
operation of IT systems and applications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best
practices, and mentor junior cybersecurity team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in the
cybersecurity field, and proactively identify and implement measures to mitigate
emerging threats.

Desired Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or
related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on designing,
implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, standards, and regulations,
such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and GDPR.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security
audits, and implementing security controls to mitigate identified risks and vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in using cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks, such as firewalls,
intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, SIEM, vulnerability
scanners, and threat intelligence platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, databases, and cloud
computing platforms, and their associated security risks and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex
cybersecurity issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, CISM are strongly preferred.
