Senior Desktop Engineer

Location: Dubai
Only immediate joiners and locally availableKey skills required:
– Support 50–60 users in the Dubai office.
– Must have worked on Network security issues.
– Provide desktop and L1 support (hardware/software).
– Liaise with the KSA IT team for Microsoft 365 (accounts, mailboxes, permissions, delegations).
– Onboarding (laptop provisioning, account setup) and offboarding (access removal).
– Troubleshooting of firewall and Wi-Fi in coordination with the KSA firewall support team.
– Maintain video conferencing and access control systems.
– Manage ISP and telephony services.
– Coordinate with remote IT members for SaaS application support and with vendors for L2 escalations.
– Maintain the IT asset inventory for Dubai.
– Coordinate with the KSA IT team on Aruba network and FortiGate firewall troubleshooting and maintenance.
