Job Position – Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer

Looking for a qualified Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer (HV,LV&ELV) to join our team. If you have relevant experience in the UAE and are ready to take on a challenging role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Study and analyse tender documents including drawings, project specifications, BOQ, and client requirements.
– Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimations for Electrical (HV & LV Distribution) and ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Public Address, etc.).
– Perform quantity take-offs and material/equipment costing using industry-standard tools and estimation software.
– Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical compliance.
– Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to the management.
– Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for technical clarifications and value engineering solutions.
– Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and new technologies.
– Participate in tender reviews, risk assessments, and post-tender clarifications with clients and consultants.
– Support contract negotiation and handover of awarded projects to the execution team.
– Maintain a cost database and estimation documentation for future references and benchmarking
Minimum Requirements:
– Relevant 7-10 years UAE experience in an MEP contracting company or in a similar role.
– Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
– Immediate availability to join the team.
