Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering
5–7 years’ relevant experience in hospitality, hotels or FM
Strong MEP operations and maintenance experience
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS and CAFM
Experience managing teams, contractors and maintenance activities
UAE/GCC hospitality or FM experience is highly preferred
