Job Position – Senior HR Executive
Company Name – Samsons Group of Companies
Location – Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and On-boarding
– Coordinate with Operations and Finance team and COO to identify staffing requirements and obtain the necessary budget and approvals.
– Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, direct sourcing, job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Shortlist CVs, schedule interviews. Conduct initial screening/interviews.
– Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure proper documentation.
– Organize pre-employment medicals, visa processing, and onboarding formalities.
– Facilitate deployment and smooth on-boarding of new joiners. Foster a positive, professional organizational culture.
– Manage offboarding, final settlements and exit formalities for resigning/terminated staff.
2. HR Operations
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical).
– Monitor attendance and absenteeism, track and manage leave requests, sick leaves, and unpaid leaves, handle payroll processing, payslips, insurance and other Employee-related administrative tasks.
3. PRO Assistance
– Coordinate with the PRO and government portals for visa renewals, cancellations, and labor card processing.
– Manage WPS, solve the issues upon arising and prepare Employee files.
4. Employee Relations & Welfare
– Address employee concerns and escalate unresolved matters to the COO.
– Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness and team-building programs, and internal events.
5. Compliance & Reporting
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
– Prepare HR-related reports (recruitment status, manpower strength, absenteeism, etc.).
– Assist in audits by providing required documentation and data.
