Job Position – Senior HR Specialist
Company Name – Mannesmann Energy
Oil & Gas | GCC Experience Required (Preferably Arabic Speaker)
This role will function at an Acting HR Manager level, requiring strong leadership capabilities and strategic HR expertise.
Key Requirements:
10–15 years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Mandatory GCC experience
Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices
Core Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team effectively
Act as an HR Manager, driving HR strategies and initiatives
Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals
Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning
