Job Position – Senior Machine Learning / GenAI Expert
Company Name – CTC DWC
Location : Abu Dhabi
Minimum 12 yrs of experience
Must Haves:
Proven experience leading technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments; strong understanding of software development and AI/ML lifecycles; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; experience with cloud platforms; architectural design experience.
-GenAI/ML Specific (Mandatory): Deep understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPTs, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral, BERT-family models) and their architectures (Transformers); expert-level prompt engineering skills; proven experience implementing RAG patterns; experience with fine-tuning and distillation techniques and evaluation; familiarity with vector and graph databases (e.g., Weaviate, Neo4j); understanding of GenAI evaluation metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity, semantic similarity, human evaluation).
-Programming (Mandatory): High proficiency in Python and standard AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangSmith, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
-Cloud (Mandatory): Experience using managed AI/ML services on the target cloud platform (e.g., Azure Machine Learning Studio, AI Foundry).
-Data Handling (Desired): Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
-MLOps (Desired): Familiarity with experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow), model versioning, and monitoring concepts.
