**Looking for a candidate with 18+ Years of total working experience and a minimum of 10 years into FMCG Industries
**Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Senior level management.
**Experience managing at least 5 direct reports with the ownership of Product Categories
**Candidates should have experience in managing both Mature products as well as launching new products.
