4-5 years of experience
-Good knowledge in Networking products and complete knowledge of IT Infrastructure
-CCNA, MCSE, any other Network security certificate added value
-Understanding customer requirements and recommending solution
-Flexible work approach based on job requirement
-Engaging with sales team, acts as pre-sales consultant to accomplish projects
-Implementation solutions and documenting projects
-Supervising technical team
-Takes accountability for ownerships of all technical queries and escalating to vendors to ensure customer satisfaction

-Microsoft Office 365
-Network security solution- Firewalls, VPN, Switches
-Storages- NAS, SAN
-Virtualisation- VMware, Hyper-v
-Wireless access points
