Job Position – Senior Officer Accounts
Company Name – EIM
Industry : Real Estate.
Expertise in Accounting and Principles & Key knowledge on Taxes(VAT/CT UAE).
Hands on accounting experience in preparation of RV/ PV/JV , Issuing tax invoices to tenants for Commercial & Residential building.
Preparing & Presenting MIS/Corporate Tax & VAT Returns.
Liaise with External Auditor for Financial & Year end Audit.
Familiar with end to end Banking online systems ie ( Generating statements & Payments)
Basic Knowledge in Real Estate transaction in Tally
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Education : B.com / M.com
UAE Experience : Minimum 5 years.
Preference to immediate joiners and UAE vehicle License holders.
