Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – GBH International Contracting
Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi
What You’ll Do:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
Manage project costs, variations, and budgets
Review drawings and specifications for accurate take-offs
Handle commercial and contractual matters
Support the project team from tender to final account
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
7–10 years’ experience in civil contracting (UAE/GCC preferred)
Strong cost control and contract administration skills
Proficiency in MS Office & QS software (AutoCAD, CostX, etc.)
