Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
-Minimum experience 7-10 years in Building and Construction projects.
-Work location Abu Dhabi
– Knowledge of pre and post contract administration for different contract types (re measure and lump sum is essential)
– Preparing / reviewing the Bills of Quantities
– Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, cost reports
– Verify and certify contractors’ interim applications for
– Prepare and contractors’ claims
– Prepare Extension of Time claim in coordinate with the planning engineer and as directed by the MEP Manager
– Participation in site visits & preparation of reports as directed by the MEP manager
– prepare the contractor’s final account
– Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
– Advice on Contractor’s resource allocation.
– Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations.
– Coordinate and monitor activities of his team.
– Prepare financial statements for monthly report.
– Perform other duties associated with this position as may be appropriate.
