Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – CORE Engineering Consultancy
Location: On site – North Emirates – UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in Quantity Surveying, preferably in Highway and Infrastructure projects
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Manage budgets and monitor cash flow for cost control.
• Administer contracts, ensuring compliance and evaluating contractor claims.
• Conduct site measurements, verify payment certificates, and assess variations.
• Identify cost and contractual risks and maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for smooth execution.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, and procurement.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with consultants and approvals from MOEI/RTA preferred.
