Job Position – Senior Systems Engineer
Company Name – Vaporvm
Location – UAE
Looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, Windows Server, and endpoint management environments.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi, vCenter & vRealize Suite environments.
– Administer and optimize Windows Server 2016+ infrastructure.
– Manage Microsoft SCCM/Configuration Manager, including application deployment, task sequences, patching, and endpoint management.
– Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and security.
– Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
– Develop automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
– Maintain technical documentation and support compliance/audit requirements.
– Coordinate with Microsoft, VMware, and other vendors for technical escalations and issue resolution.
– Follow ITIL, change management, and operational best practices.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
– Strong hands-on experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter & vRealize Suite.
– Proven expertise in Microsoft SCCM/Configuration Manager.
– Strong experience with Windows Server 2016 and above.
– Good understanding of virtualization, monitoring, performance tuning, and enterprise infrastructure.
– PowerShell/scripting and ITIL knowledge will be an advantage.
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
