Job Position – Service Ambassador
Location: Abu Dhabi / Al Ain
Salary: Up to AED 8000
Requirements:
– Preferred female Arabic speaker candidates
– UAE Driving license is a plus
– Home country banking/ customer service experience can also be considered.
– Candidate must be available in UAE for the interview.
Job Role:
– To provide a warm cheerful welcome for all customers, answer any questions, give them the information they need to ensure they have a comfortable and memorable visit.
– To assist customers with the Queue systems and digital channels in branch premise which will help in reducing the customer waiting time at the branch.
