Job Position – Service Center Shift Leader

Location: Dubai
The role is to lead day-to-day activities with focus on planning and executing daily concrete (RMX) dispatch program to maximize supply rate and equipment utilization per hour.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Plan and execute daily concrete (RMX) dispatch program.
• Maximize supply rate and equipment utilization per hour
• Ensure execution of the objectives for the service center’s day-to-day activities
• Handle calls and complaints.
• Ensure optimal resource planning including people and assets.
• Ensure the planned and executed dispatch volume are aligned.
• Focus on delivering excellent customer experience.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members during shift.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Information Technology or Engineering related course.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in the same field.
• English language proficiency is a must (Arabic & Hindi language will be an advantage)
Job Specific Competencies /Operational Knowledge:
• Proven experience as service center agent / leader
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Ability to work in shifting scheme (day / night) six days per week.
• Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability.
• Positive and patient.
