Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of loan application products: Newgen, Temenos, Experian.
Hands-on experience in Application Managed Services and managed engagements.
Frameworks & Methodologies
In-depth understanding of ITIL framework and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
Familiarity with automation platforms and AI/ML concepts.
Professional Experience
Minimum 12+ years in IT Service Delivery roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
Proven track record of managing complex application environments and driving transformation initiatives.
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Certifications
ITIL Foundation or higher.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Certifications in AI/Automation tools (desirable).
