Job Opportunity: “Service Desk Analyst”

Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
? Must have Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineering or Management Information System
? Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email
? Troubleshoot basic network issues
? Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries
? Must be available immediately
