Job Position – Service Manager
Company Name – Global Management Solutions
Location – Dubai
Description
– 8+ years experience in automotive aftersales, including 3+ years as Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager
– Multi brand experience with European and luxury vehicles required
– Dealer or large independent workshop background preferred
– Manage the day-to-day workshop operation across mechanical, body shop, car care, deliver productivity, quality, revenue and customer satisfaction
– Working knowledge of EV/hybrid systems would be preferred with Strong DMS, CRM and KPI reporting skills
– Degree in automotive or mechanical engineering
– Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage
– UAE driving license required
– Currently in the UAE
Budget is between AED 10k to 15k depending on experience.
