Job Position – Shift Engineer

Experience : 3 Years in FMCG or Food Manufacturing Industry
Requirement
1. Responsibility for Scheduling of audit requests.
2. Taking full responsibility for breakdown maintenance and planned preventive maintenance.
3. Develop a robust maintenance system to minimize any stoppages
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal protocols during all operational activities.
5. Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize machine functionality.
6.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and effective communication across departments.
7.Document maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repairs performed during shifts.
8. Work closely with the engineering team to identify areas for continuous improvement and assist in implementing enhancements.
9. Ensure accurate shift handover reports to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
10. Respond promptly to any emergencies or breakdowns and provide effective solutions
1.Troubleshooting experience of PLCs , Sensors and Inverters
2. Proven experience as a Shift Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Flexible and willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Relevant technical qualifications (Electrical , Electronics, Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical) /.B.Tech / B.Eng / B.Sc engineering )
5. MS Office awareness
