Job Position – Site Administrator
Company Name – Saifco Electromechanical Works
· With 5 to 8 years experience in UAE Construction
· Providing efficient administrative support to the Operations Manager and Staffs.
· Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
· Handle day to day administrative affairs of the project under Operations Manager instruction and ensure the policies and procedure of the company are strictly followed.
· Securing the documents, trackers, and database files and maintain up-to-date with confidential information.
· Ensures proper distribution of correspondences, and sorts priorities that require immediate action/attention.
· Day to day coordination with HR Department for Joining/ Re-joining / Annual Leave, Local Leave, Emergency Leave, Sick Leave / Transfer / Warning Letters / Resignation / Termination/ NOC issues.
· HR items relating to Operations including arranging interviews and related documents.
· Handling petty cash or daily expenditure of the projects.
· Directing the Time Keeping Department for Time Card preparation/Daily Attendance/Absenteeism Reports
· Receives Material Requisitions, Purchase orders and Payment certificates from the projects for the Operations Manager approval.
