Job Position – Site & Project Engineer

High-Rise Projects
Location: Dubai
Experience: 3–10 Years (depending on level)
Industry: Construction – (High-Rise Residential Projects)
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
SITE ENGINEER:
1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day on-site construction activities.
2. Ensure work is executed according to design, BOQ, quality standards, and project schedules.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Prepare daily progress reports, site instructions, and material requests.
5. Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and safety protocols.
PROJECT ENGINEER :
1. Assist Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of high-rise projects.
2. Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery.
3. Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
4. Review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
5. Support cost control, quality assurance, and risk management activities.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
3–10 years of UAE construction experience (high-rise building projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office will be an add on advantage.
