Job Position – Social Media Lead

Company Name – Manipal Academy of Higher Education

Key responsibilities:
-Own organic and paid social strategy and campaigns
-Lead content planning, ideation, shoots and production
-Manage paid media budgets, targeting and optimisation
-Drive community engagement, UGC and student ambassador initiatives
-Coordinate agencies, creators, designers and videographers
-Track performance, competitor activity and campaign ROI
-Support retargeting and CRM lead-nurture initiatives

What we’re looking for:
-5–6 years of organic and paid social media experience, preferably in higher education or B2C
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field
-Hands-on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube campaigns
-Strong agency, stakeholder and creative-production management skills
-Sound analytical, reporting and community-management capabilities
-Working knowledge of retargeting, GA4, UTM tracking and social management tools
-A strong portfolio of social handles and campaigns personally grown
