Job Position – Special Educational Needs Coordinator

PACE British School is seeking a passionate and experienced SENCo to lead our Special Educational Needs provision.
What We’re Looking For:
– Currently based in the UAE
– Holds graduation in Special Educational Needs
– Minimum 5 years of experience as SENCo
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Committed to promoting inclusive education and student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the SEN department and policies
– Support teachers in implementing inclusive practices
– Develop and monitor IEPs
– Liaise with parents and external professionals
– Track progress and ensure the well-being of all students with additional needs
