Job Responsibilities.
Assess students’ abilities and create teaching plans.
Create differentiated resources.
Adapt learning materials to students’ needs.
Keep track of and reflect on students’ progress.
Monitor children’s development and progress
Teach a range of subjects within small groups, whole class and one-to-one.
Manage classroom and direct RBT therapists.
Prepare students for transition to mainstream.
Inform parents about their children’s performance and potential problems.
Support other professionals who work with children with disabilities.
Collaborate with the wider school staff.
