Job Position – Special Needs Teacher
Company Name – The Developing Child Centre
Location – Abu Dhabi and Dubai
This is a full-time on-site role at TDCC located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The work closely with children, parents, and schools to provide educational, academic, behavioral, and developmental support. Day-to-day tasks include implementing individualized education plans, facilitating learning activities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, General Education, Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or related field (Master’s degree preferred);
– With at least 2-3 years’ experience in working with children with diverse needs and abilities;
– Disabilities, Special Education, and Early Childhood teaching skills;
– Effective communication skills
– Knowledge of developmental psychology and educational strategies
– Ability to create and implement individualized education plans
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
