What The Job Looks Like

  • Take end-to-end ownership for your territory and proactively lead the penetration of your assigned accounts
  • Identify, call, email, network and pitch f2f , Spectrm’s offering to new prospects and existing stakeholders within these accounts based on the right value / use case
  • Define and execute account sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within MENA.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Manage the full sales process – discover new business opportunities, deliver sales demonstrations, create proposals, negotiate and close deals
  • Coordinate with marketing and SDRs on top-funnel activities i.e. marketing, outreach campaigns, sales plays, etc.
  • Diligently manage CRM requirements on Salesforce i.e. documentation of stakeholder landscape, activities & provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts.
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Things we do look for in candidates

  • A proven sales track record of successful closing enterprise accounts in a high-performance in a B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Solid experience of working in the MENA market in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience with marketing / advertising solutions or messaging platforms is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages
  • Solid experience working in Software sales
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
  • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams
  • Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and organisational skills
