Job Position – Sr. Payroll Officer
Company Name – PIVOT Engineering & General Contracting
– Generate / Prepare all the Management reports, CTC reports, Internal & External Audit reports etc.
– Involve in the salary and title change process from Starting to approval level.
– Attend all the payroll related Internal & External meetings.
– Full working knowledge of the Payroll processing.
– Coordinate with employee salary related issues (if any)
– Coordinate with Banks / Exchanges if required.
– Knowledge required the Staff & Worker leave settlement processing.
– Knowledge required on EOSB calculations and processing.
– Knowledge and implementation skills required for upcoming New ERP.
– Knowledge required the invoice processing of External Hired employees.
Qualifications required:
– Graduate with 5-10 years of experience in Accounts and 10-15 years of experience in Payroll department as ‘Payroll Officer’ in a reputed construction company in UAE.
