Job Description

•Strong experience in Oracle Web Logic Administration,
•Extensive working experience in application deployment and troubleshooting deployment related issues.
•Strong experience in Unix scripting and other scripting tools
•Good knowledge in Oracle Database,
•Knowledge in application servers IBM, TOMCAT, JBOSS, …etc.
•Coordinate between SIT and Dev release team during project delivery period
•Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools
•Managing and maintaining storage systems and networks
•Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance issues
•Managing security protocols and implementing security measures to protect the organization’s systems and data
•Providing technical support and training to staff members
•Creating and maintaining documentation for system procedures and configurations
•Collaborating with other IT teams to plan and implement new systems and upgrades
•Staying up to date with industry developments and new technologies
• Provide support for SIT environment and keeps up-to-date of latest developments in the application-specific domains and ensures detailed application knowledge.
• Coordinate between User Accepteance teams and IT during project delivery period.
• Ensure systems’ availability and on-going support of business processes.
• Automation of Crontab Jobs using Shell-Scripts.
• Work on test environments effectively he/she must have integrated project management skills and test data management capability.
• Handles test environments and troubleshoots integrated systems.
• Work on Shifts and on call

Skills required education experience

-Holding Bachelor degree of Computer science or Equivalent
– Minimum 4 years experience is needed in the similar field
– Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
-Experience in Application Development using J2EE (Java, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, EJB).
– Experience in Testing Tools.
– Unix Administration [ Solaris / Linux / HP Ux].
– Good knowledge in other Middleware componants: Apache / Iplanet / Tomcat / SunOne On SUN SOLARIS (SPARC) / Linux (Red Hat)
