Job Position – Stewarding Team Leader / Supervisor
Company Name – Ramada by Wyndham
Location – Dubai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team
– Monitor stewarding schedules and delegate duties
– Support the implementation and monitoring of hygiene and sanitation procedures in compliance with HACCP and local regulations
– Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
– Maintain inventory and requisition cleaning supplies and stewarding materials as needed
REQUIREMENT
– 2 – 3 years experience in stewarding, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality environment
– Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
– Basic computer literacy for inventory and scheduling systems
– Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
