Work Location- UAE
Required:
Strong technical and working knowledge on Enterprise and modular storages primarily on HITACHI, NETAPP cluster mode, EMC and IBM
Proactive Monitoring and reporting of Storages and fabric switches.
-Strong technical strategies on local and remote replication.
-Alert reporting
-Good troubleshooting skills on Issues Alerts reported.
-Inventory tracking.
-Vendor coordination and timely follow-up.
-Resolving Service desk tickets as per the defined SLA.
-LUN allocation De-allocation Expansion.
– RAID Group Pool creation.
– Switch Zoning LUN Masking.
-Logging call with vendor and demanding spares. Independently replacing the faulty spare.
– Performance and capacity reporting with available tools.
– ITIL process awareness.
